The Moments Concert is designed to create a Gala evening experience that provides the audience with a evening of musical pleasure and relaxation. Music is much more than just a sound; it’s an invisible embrace that provides inner wellbeing and calm. Each note and lyric is personal to each listener’s life’s journey. Music is not just heard, it’s felt, it resonates, creating indelible memories, far beyond words, it creates new/old memories that brings pleasure forever.
This two-hour show reflects musical moments of life using fresh arrangements that connects the American songbook to today’s audience. Jack uses yesteryear songs to create an evening of relaxed pleasure not experienced since the 40’s. The audience are encouraged to dress up, wine and dine, and enjoy being the celebrity in a 'Moment’s Gala Style Experience'.
The High Society Band
Five sections: saxophones, trombones, trumpets, rhythm and strings sections. The number of musicians in each section can vary, although it’s typical for the band to consist of 10-30 musicians.
High Society arrangements bring together and repeat simple harmonies, known as riffs. The horn sections continue these harmonic repetitions, building a groove alongside the rhythm section. We often highlight the strings adding an orchestral feel and sound.
Our arrangers create fresh arrangements that brings a fresh feel to known songs, it's all about the lyrics and touching hearts and souls.
